ZTraining stands behind the 24-Week Recomposition System with a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We are committed to your results, and we want you to purchase with full confidence.

60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you follow the system for 60 days from your programme start date and your body composition has not measurably changed — verified by your own measurements — you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.

To be eligible, you must: (a) have completed the initial assessment and commenced the programme, (b) have followed the prescribed training and nutritional framework for the 60-day period, and (c) request the refund within the 60-day window from your programme start date.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refunds requests are processed through Digistore24, the authorised payment processor and merchant of record for all ZTraining purchases. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Digistore24's platform.

PROCESSING TIME

Once approved, refunds are submitted to Digistore24 for processing. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

INSTALMENT PAYMENTS

If you purchased via the 3-instalment option, a refund request submitted within the 60-day window will halt any future instalments and refund amounts already collected. You will not be charged for any remaining instalments following an approved refund.

OUTSIDE THE GUARANTEE WINDOW

Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window has expired are not eligible for a full refund. If exceptional circumstances apply, contact Francesco@ztraining.co.uk and each case will be considered individually.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued where: the programme has been completed in full (all 24 weeks), the client has not followed the prescribed programme as directed, or the refund request is made on the basis of personal preference alone rather than measurable non-performance of the system.

DIGISTORE24 BUYER PROTECTION

All purchases are processed and protected by Digistore24. Digistore24 maintains independent buyer protection rights and may process refunds at their discretion in cases of fraud or unsatisfactory service provision, independent of this policy.
