Terms & Conditions ZTraining | 24-Week Recomposition System

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of coaching services provided by ZTraining (operated by Francesco Zen, Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). By purchasing or enrolling in any ZTraining programme, you agree to these terms in full.

2. THE SERVICE

ZTraining provides personalised online coaching services including structured training programmes, nutritional frameworks, and email-based coaching support. All plans are written and delivered personally by Francesco Zen. Services are delivered remotely via email. No in-person sessions are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. PAYMENT AND PURCHASE

The 24-Week Recomposition System is sold exclusively through Digistore24, which acts as the authorised merchant of record for all transactions. Payment is processed securely by Digistore24. Instalments (where offered) are collected automatically by Digistore24 on the agreed schedule. ZTraining does not directly process or store payment information. Your purchase is subject to both these Terms and Digistore24's own terms of service. Pricing confirmed at point of purchase is guaranteed for the duration of your programme.

4. PROGRAMME COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION

Your personalised programme will be delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Programme duration is 24 weeks from the commencement date. A pause option of up to 30 days is available once per programme cycle, subject to advance notice by email to Francesco@ztraining.co.uk.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive the full benefit of the programme, clients are expected to: complete the initial assessment honestly and in full, respond to coaching communications within a reasonable timeframe, follow the structured plan as prescribed, and communicate schedule changes or constraints proactively. ZTraining cannot guarantee results where the programme is not followed as directed.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results vary between individuals based on adherence, starting point, lifestyle factors, and individual physiology. Case studies and testimonials shown on the ZTraining website represent individual results and are not a guarantee of the same outcome. ZTraining does not make medical claims.

7. HEALTH AND MEDICAL

ZTraining coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent participation in a structured training and nutrition programme. If you have any pre-existing health condition, consult a qualified medical professional before commencing. If your health status changes during the programme, notify Francesco@ztraining.co.uk immediately.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All programme materials, frameworks, protocols, and written content provided by ZTraining are the intellectual property of Francesco Zen and ZLIFE. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission. Violation of this clause may result in immediate programme termination without refund.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

ZTraining will not share your personal information or health data with any third party except where required by law or necessary for programme delivery. Your assessment responses, diagnostic communications, and programme data are held confidentially and used solely for the delivery of your coaching services.

10. COMMUNICATION

All coaching is delivered via email. Response times are within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Francesco@ztraining.co.uk is the sole point of contact for all programme-related communication.

11. CANCELLATION BY ZTRAINING

ZTraining reserves the right to cancel a programme and issue a pro-rata refund if, in Francesco Zen's professional judgement, the programme is not suitable for the client's circumstances, or if the client's conduct is inappropriate or in breach of these terms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZTraining's total liability to you in connection with the programme shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the programme. ZTraining is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in or inability to participate in the programme.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law in your country of residence.
