Carbs and Fat Loss, What Actually Matters

Why the myth sticks around
People are often unable to use carbohydrates well within a poorly structured plan, and that failure gets blamed on carbs themselves rather than the structure around them. Once that mistake is corrected, carbs stop being the problem.
"Results are more credible than theories. Clients having a surprising amount of carbs while losing fat happens often, even when it sounds counterintuitive."
The honest pattern
Once protein and fats are dialled in correctly, carbohydrates simply fill the remaining calorie budget. Clients who experience this firsthand consistently never go back to low-carb once they understand how it actually works for their body.
