1. Who we are

ZTraining is a trading name of Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC, part of ZLIFE, trade licence 45032031, registered at VUPR0073 Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. 2. What we collect, and when

The Five Minute Baseline

Your answers and results are scored in your browser and stay on your device. We receive nothing unless you ask for your report by email. If you do, we receive your first name, email address, age group, sex, your results, and the time and wording of the consent you gave.

Follow up emails

When you ask for your report, we send up to three short follow up emails over the following eight days, unless you untick the box or unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop at once when you use it.

Mr Z on this website

If you write to Mr Z, our AI coaching extension, your messages and the page you are reading are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, to produce a reply. We do not store your conversation. Please do not share health details in the chat.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. It receives your name, email address, time zone and any answers you give on the booking form.

Becoming a client

If you join the programme, we hold your contact details, your agreement, the date you confirmed the readiness questions (the answers themselves are checked, never stored), and the information we need to coach you: your plan, your progress, the measures we take and our notes. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. In the Mr Z app, clients share what their coaching needs: profile details, training, meals and messages. Posture and body photos are processed and then discarded; only the feedback and numbers they produce are kept, and only after a separate consent. App data is kept while the account is active and deleted in full when the client deletes the account.

Visiting the website

Our hosting provider, Vercel, records technical data such as your IP address and browser for security, and uses Vercel BotID to tell people from automated bots. The client video plays from Vimeo only when you press play, with tracking turned off.

3. Health information

Baseline results, readiness answers and coaching measures are health information, which UK GDPR treats as special category data. We process it only with your explicit consent, given when you ask for your report or agree to the readiness questions, and only to prepare your report or coach you. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Our legal basis

• Your consent: the Baseline report email and its health information.
• Our legitimate interest in following up on a request you made: the follow up emails, which you can stop at any time.
• A contract with you: coaching, payments and the emails needed to run your programme.
• Legal obligations: records we must keep for tax and accounting.

5. Who helps us

We use these providers to run the service. Each handles your data only on our instructions or under its own terms:

• Vercel: website hosting and bot protection.
• Resend: sending emails.
• A secure cloud database: storing report requests and follow up status.
• Anthropic: the AI model behind Mr Z on this website.
• Cal.com: booking calls.
• Stripe: payments.
• Vimeo: the client video, when you play it.

Some of these providers are in the United States or the European Union. Where your data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law provides for such transfers. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

• Baseline report requests: 12 months from the last email we sent you, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
• Mr Z conversations on this website: not stored by us.
• Clients: for the length of the programme and up to two years afterwards, longer only where the law requires it.

7. Cookies

We set no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will run only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and we will name the provider here.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or restrict it. Write to francesco@ztraining.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Under 18s

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
