01 Who we are

ZTraining is operated by Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC (led by Francesco Zen, part of ZLIFE), registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: francesco@ztraining.co.uk. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

02 What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly through our assessment: your name, email address, age, occupation, fitness and performance goals, and health-related information about your physical status, activity, sleep and recovery. We collect payment information processed securely through Stripe; ZTraining does not store card details directly. We collect basic email engagement data (open and click rates) through our email platform for the purpose of improving our communications.

03 Why we collect it

Your data is collected and used solely to deliver your personalised Performance Audit and coaching programme, communicate with you about your programme, process your payment, and improve our services. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

04 Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We process your general personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the service you purchased), legitimate interest (to respond to your assessment and follow up as a prospective client), and consent (where you opt in through our assessment).

Health-related information you provide is treated as special category data. We process it only with your explicit consent, given when you choose to submit it through the assessment, and solely to prepare your Performance Audit and coaching plan. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

05 California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, opt out of any sale of data (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email francesco@ztraining.co.uk.

06 Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your coaching programme and for up to 2 years afterwards for business record purposes. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

07 Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe, for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Google, for our assessment forms and the storage of your responses (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Squarespace, for website hosting (squarespace.com/privacy)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.

08 Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

09 Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any right, contact francesco@ztraining.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

10 Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies through Squarespace for basic functionality and analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used by ZTraining directly.

11 Intellectual property

All programme materials, frameworks, protocols, and written content provided by ZTraining are the intellectual property of Francesco Zen and ZLIFE. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
