01 About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of coaching services provided by Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC (operating as ZTraining, led by Francesco Zen, part of ZLIFE). By purchasing or enrolling in any ZTraining programme, you agree to these terms in full.

02 The service

ZTraining provides personalised online coaching, including structured training programmes, nutritional frameworks, and ongoing coaching support. All plans are written and reviewed personally by Francesco Zen. Coaching is delivered remotely. Programmes also include access to Mr Z AI, an assistant built on Francesco's methodology, available to support you between reviews. No in-person sessions are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

03 Programmes and access

ZTraining offers three programmes:

• Performance Phase, 3 months
• Full Recomposition, 6 months
• Annual System, 12 months

Your programme begins once your assessment is reviewed and your plan is issued. A pause option of up to 30 days is available once per programme cycle on the Full Recomposition and Annual System programmes, subject to advance notice by email.

04 Pricing and payment

Programme fees are quoted in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely. ZTraining reserves the right to adjust pricing for future onboarding windows; the price confirmed at the point of purchase is guaranteed for the duration of your programme.

05 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Our model is simple: you only ever pay for the time you have used.

If you cancel before your original term ends, completed months are billed at the rate of the package that matches the time you actually used, not the discounted rate of the longer term you signed up for. Any balance you have prepaid beyond that is refunded to you.

For example, cancelling the Annual System (12 months) after 6 completed months is billed at the Full Recomposition rate, the same total you would have paid buying that 6-month programme directly. Refunds of any prepaid balance are processed within 5 business days of your cancellation request.

To cancel, send a single email to francesco@ztraining.co.uk stating your name and start date. This cancellation model does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

06 Client responsibilities

To get the full benefit of the programme, clients are expected to complete the initial assessment honestly and in full, respond to coaching communications within a reasonable timeframe, follow the structured plan as prescribed, and communicate schedule changes or constraints proactively. ZTraining cannot guarantee results where the programme is not followed as directed.

07 Results disclaimer

Results vary between individuals based on adherence, starting point, lifestyle factors, and individual physiology. Case studies and testimonials shown represent individual results and are not a guarantee of the same outcome. ZTraining does not make medical claims.

08 Health and medical

ZTraining coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent participation in a structured training and nutrition programme. If you have any pre-existing health condition, consult a qualified medical professional before commencing. If your health status changes during the programme, notify francesco@ztraining.co.uk immediately.

09 Intellectual property

All programme materials, frameworks, protocols, and written content provided by ZTraining are the intellectual property of Francesco Zen and ZLIFE. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

10 Confidentiality and data

ZTraining will not share your personal information or health data with any third party except where required by law. Your assessment responses, diagnostic communications, and programme data are held confidentially and used solely to deliver your coaching.

11 Communication

Coaching is delivered remotely, with responses within 24 hours on business days. francesco@ztraining.co.uk is the point of contact for all programme-related communication.

12 Cancellation by ZTraining

ZTraining reserves the right to cancel a programme and refund any prepaid balance if, in Francesco Zen's professional judgement, the programme is not suitable for the client's circumstances, or the client's conduct is inappropriate.

13 Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
