My Philosophy on Coaching the Time-Poor

Francesco Zen, founder of ZTraining · Last updated 20 June 2026

Starting from the life you actually have

You have a tight schedule, and this is your life, not a temporary phase to push through. The work starts by analysing what can realistically fit daily, sometimes as little as 15 minutes, and outsourcing everything else: food preparation, delivery, anything that would otherwise eat into time that doesn't exist.

"There's always a way. Seeing it simply is where the complexity actually is, and that's what experience buys you."

Why this matters

Most fitness advice assumes a version of life that doesn't bend, hours free for meal prep, a predictable schedule, energy to spare. Real coaching for busy people starts from the opposite assumption: the life doesn't change, the plan has to fit around it.
