How to Hit Your Protein Eating Out

Why this is less of a problem than it seems
Almost every restaurant offers a protein-forward option, and portions tend to run larger than expected, not smaller. The real risk while eating out usually isn't falling short on protein, it's overshooting it without noticing.
The simple habit that covers it
A quick look at the menu before ordering, and a direct ask to the waiter about preparation or portion if needed, is usually all it takes. Most kitchens are happy to support a specific request, no special diet plan required at the table.
