What Mr Z Can and Can't Do

What Mr Z can do
- Read body composition and posture from a photo you send.
- Build a nutrition plan matched to a specific workout, and vice versa.
- Track real progression — not just progressive overload on paper, but how your actual form evolves, via chat or a photo/video frame.
- Adapt your plan on the fly for a sudden cheat meal, travel, or a restaurant menu — without derailing the week.
- Design meals around food you actually like, fitted to your macros, with help cooking it using what you have at home.
- Estimate macros from a photo of a meal.
- Build postural workouts and support injury recovery, alongside (not replacing) physiotherapy.
- Target specific body parts you want to bring up.
- Talk like a coach, not a script — including the kind of conversation that makes a long journey easier to stay on.
What it can't do — yet
What it can't do — yet Mr Z cannot currently analyse voice notes or video. That's an honest limitation, not a hidden one — it's coming, but it isn't pretended to already work.
Why the honesty matters
An AI coach that overclaims what it can do isn't actually more useful — it's just less trustworthy the first time it gets something wrong. The capability list above is what Mr Z does today, not what it might do eventually.
