What 19 years taught me

The thread running through all of it was always the same: a small amount of the right guidance, delivered with care, goes further than people expect.

Where the idea came from

With AI, I saw a real opportunity: to build a coaching experience through an avatar that carries the same care and kindness I've always tried to deliver in person, just without the ceiling on how many people it can reach. That's the entire reason Mr Z exists.

Why the price reflects that

Mr Z is priced deliberately at a point where almost anyone can access it and genuinely turn their habits around. The goal was never to build a premium add-on.

He built Mr Z, an AI coach trained on his methodology to bring the same approach to a wider audience.
