Can I Trust AI for Nutrition Advice?

Why context matters more than the source
Nutrition guidance genuinely varies across the world. Having worked across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, I've seen how different schools follow different guidelines, sometimes meaningfully different ones. That alone is a reason to stay grounded in your own numbers rather than treating any single piece of advice as universal truth.
Where the real safety check is
The safety of any nutrition guidance, AI included, comes down to two things: how you actually feel, and what your own biomarker analysis shows over time. Those are the checks that matter, regardless of where the advice came from.
Use discernment, always
I'd still recommend evaluating and forming your own view, no matter whether the advice comes from AI, a doctor, or an enthusiast with strong opinions. That's exactly why it's called advice, not instruction.
