HRV and Training, Useful or Hype?

Why this is more a longevity metric than a daily one
HRV is a real, useful signal, but it's the kind of detail that matters most in the deeper, longevity-focused work ZLIFE specialises in, rather than the week-to-week decisions standard coaching is built around.
What actually moves it
High intensity training, done consistently, has a real, positive effect on HRV over time, alongside building cardiorespiratory capacity. Sleep quality, recovery, stimulant intake, and mental stress all play a genuine role too, it's never just one input.
