Methodology
Strength Training for Longevity

The hierarchy
Physical efficiency first
Workouts built to support posture and functional movement patterns that actually matter day to day, stabilisation, strength, and mobility.
Cardiorespiratory capacity next
Enhancing VO2 max and overall cardiorespiratory health to reduce long-term mortality risk, not just to improve a number on a fitness watch.
Whole-movement work
Activities like swimming, and in more advanced longevity work, high-altitude exposure, bring the body through complete ranges of movement that isolated training alone doesn't cover.
Where this goes deeper
ZLIFE takes this work considerably further, including immersive experiences like ZLIFE 1568, a high-altitude retreat designed for couples seeking to enhance oxygen efficiency and undergo a genuinely regenerative experience. It's a different tier of longevity work than standard training, by referral.
