Lost Motivation to Train, a Coach's View

Why motivation disappears
Motivation rarely vanishes from a routine that actually felt right. More often, it was never quite the right fit to begin with, and the loss of motivation is the honest signal pointing that out.
"That's what life is about. We have no time to do things we're not motivated for."
What actually helps
Switching to something genuinely engaging, swimming, squash, or another activity entirely, often brings back the curiosity and excitement that the original routine never had. That's not giving up, it's correcting course toward something sustainable.
