Methodology
Recovery for People Who Can't Take Rest Days

The active-recovery approach
- Micro workouts, breaking the routine down rather than running full sessions back to back.
- No failure, anywhere. Every set stays well short of the limit.
- High carbs throughout, supporting energy without the deficit a rest day would normally provide.
- A lot of stretching, to support recovery without removing training entirely.
The honest caveat
This is a workaround, not a solution. Stress accumulates regardless, and without genuine rest, it tends to get progressively worse over time. The real fix is finding a way to take rest days, this approach just makes the in-between period as manageable as possible.
