Why Personal Review of Every Client Matters

Francesco Zen, founder of ZTraining · Last updated June 19, 2026

Why this is personal, not a process

Reviewing every submission personally is a way of putting a face to what gets recommended and standing behind it. It's not just care, it's a genuine check that the match is right before a client commits to anything.

What this looks like in practice

What this looks like in practice More than once, someone has enquired about a full programme when what they actually needed was simpler: train less, rest more. The recommendation always follows what's genuinely in the enquirer's best interest, even when that means advising against the bigger sale.

What this protects

Personal review exists to protect the outcome, not the transaction. A programme sold to the wrong fit serves nobody well, including the business. Reviewing every enquiry directly is how that gets caught before it becomes a problem.
