The relevant definition here is narrower: an athlete below 12% body fat, running a professional recovery routine, diet, and workout structure, with clear weekly and monthly KPIs.

Why this distinction matters
Most people who consider themselves "advanced" aren't actually at that elite tier, and for them, Mr Z genuinely works well. The honesty here is about the narrow top end, not a blanket limitation.
