EAA Correction: Fixing Incomplete Protein

Why intraworkout matters
The body's highest capacity to absorb nutrients happens during training itself. EAAs are the essential amino acids the body uses to build and recover, and taking them intraworkout creates a digestion-free moment where muscles can be fed directly, exactly when that absorption window is at its widest.
A second use, as a fasting-safe snack
EAAs don't trigger digestion, which means they can also work as a snack without breaking a fasted state. Used that way, they let the body stay in fasting while still supplying the essential amino acids needed for proper recovery, brain function, and muscle maintenance.
