Eating Clean but Not Losing Weight, Why?

The most common version of this mistake
Beginners in particular tend to push protein well beyond what's needed, often without realising it. That excess compromises digestive efficiency, slows everything down, and depletes glucose availability, which can lead to an energy crash rather than the expected progress.
"Food setup is pure math. Clean doesn't mean the math automatically works."
What this means in practice
"Clean" describes food quality, not quantity or balance. A clean diet can still be miscalculated, and that miscalculation is usually the real explanation when weight isn't moving despite genuinely good food choices.
