What Is the Structural Chain Reaction Assessment?

Francesco Zen, founder of ZTraining · Last updated June 19, 2026

Why it starts with posture

Posture always tells the story. Before anything else, the assessment looks at how someone is standing and moving day to day, because that reveals the daily habits that shaped their body, not just the symptoms those habits eventually produced.

How the assessment works

Once posture has been read, the next step is identifying which daily habits created it. From there, a specific set of treatments is built to target that exact chain: restoring mobility where it's been lost, rebalancing the muscles responsible for supporting posture and movement, and installing a long-term solution rather than a temporary fix.

Short-term relief, long-term efficiency

The assessment is designed to deliver both: real short-term benefit, and long-term structural efficiency. Treating the surface symptom without addressing the chain that caused it tends to bring the same problem back. Addressing the chain itself is what makes the result hold.
